Refund Policy
To fully understand the benefits and limitations outlined by B-Unique Studios’ policies, it is essential to carefully review this refund policy. Refunds are only available in specific cases, as outlined below:
Change of Mind
- If the work has not yet commenced, you are entitled to a 100% refund within the first hour after placing your order.
- If you change your mind after this period but before significant work has been done, a 15% processing fee will apply.
Incompetent Delivery
- If the final product does not meet project criteria (as documented by the client), we will revise, rewrite, and reassign the project as necessary.
- If we are still unable to meet the agreed-upon requirements, a mutually agreed refund percentage will be issued.
Delivery Errors
- If B-Unique Studio fails to deliver the requested service on time after three attempts to reach the client, a refund will be processed, provided documentation proves company fault.
Timeline for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
- Refund requests made after the deadline will not be considered.
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Issued
- Minor technical issues (e.g., grammar, formatting, missing references) are not grounds for a full refund. Instead, we offer partial refunds or discounts for future orders.
- Any delays caused by the customer (e.g., delayed approvals, unclear instructions) will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing Time
- Refund requests require 45 days of prior written notice via email.
- Refund processing takes up to 45 working days for review and an additional 15 working days for fund disbursement upon approval.
- A 15% processing fee applies to all refunds.
Project Abandonment & Completion
- If a project remains unapproved or lacks customer communication for 45 days, it will be considered abandoned and reactivation fees may apply.
- A project is considered completed if it remains unclaimed for 45 days post-delivery, after which B-Unique Studio is no longer responsible.
Personal Use & Copyright
- The content delivered to you is entirely unique and the copyright belongs to you.
- Any unauthorized use, resale, or redistribution of the content without permission may result in legal consequences.
- We strictly prohibit plagiarism and comply with all copyright laws.
Revisions Policy
- Editing Orders: We will correct any technical or objective errors free of charge.
- Ghostwriting Orders: Small sections of written material will be revised until approved. Major content changes post-approval will be subject to additional charges.
